PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PENGADAAN ONLINE BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE PERANCANGAN SISTEM SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFECYCLE PADA LKBN ANTARA
Abstract
The development of the digital era demands efficiency and transparency in the government sector, including the procurement process of goods and services. LKBN Antara still faces challenges in conventional procurement, prone to delays, administrative errors, and lack of transparency of physical documents. This study aims to design a web-based online procurement information system to minimize the risk of damage/loss of documents, speed up the process, and facilitate accurate and transparent reporting and data management. Research method uses a qualitative method an experimental design, including data collection through interviews and observations. The system design process includes needs analysis, system design (flowcharts, ERD), development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, and system testing for functionality, performance, and security. Results of the study indicate that designed web-based procurement information system successfully minimizes the risk of physical documents, speeds up the procurement stages, and increases the accuracy and transparency of data reporting. The user interface has been made to be easy to use (user-friendly) and responsive. In conclusion, the design of this system is a strategic step In order to achieve maximum results in a more efficient way, accuracy, and accountability of the procurement process at LKBN Antara. It is recommended to develop advanced features such as integration with external systems and trials for external users so that the benefits of the system are more optimal and comprehensive.
