IMPLEMENTASI METODE WATERFALL UNTUK MERANCANG SISTEM PENJUALAN ONLINE BERBASIS WEB DI PT.ANEKA BUSA
Abstract
The rapid advancement of information technology has driven companies to undergo digital transformation in order to remain competitive and efficient. PT. Aneka Busa, a company specializing in the production and distribution of foam-based products such as mattresses, sofas, and sports mats, is still utilizing traditional sales methods involving manual data recording and direct communication via phone or in-person visits. These conventional practices often lead to data inaccuracies, service delays, and limited access to real-time information. This study aims to design and implement a web-based online sales system to improve the company's sales process and customer service. The system development adopts the Waterfall model, a structured approach that includes sequential phases such as requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The web application was developed using modern web technologies and designed to display the company profile, list of products, order contact features, and an admin dashboard to manage content. System testing was conducted using black-box testing to verify functionality and ensure the reliability of features. The test results show that all features run as expected and contribute significantly to operational efficiency, data accuracy, and professional presentation. This system is expected to enhance customer experience and support better decision-making for the company.
