ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KEBERHASILAN MANAJEMEN PROYEK INFORMATIKA DENGAN PENDEKATAN KUANTITATIF DI PERUSAHAAN TEKNOLOGI

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of project communication, project manager competence, and the application of management methods on the success of information technology (IT) projects. The research was conducted quantitatively at five technology companies based in Jakarta and Bandung. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 60 respondents involved in IT projects. The results of multiple linear regression analysis indicate that all three independent variables significantly affect project success, with a coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.721. These findings highlight the importance of combining technical and non-technical aspects in IT project management.
