PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. SYIAR PARANA SPARKLE KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of job training and recruitment on employee performance at PT. SYIAR PARANA SPARKLE TANGERANG DISTRICT.   partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data, namely questionnaire distribution. Data collection at the company PT. SYIAR PARANA SPARKLE TANGERAN DISTRICT, with a population of 65 and a sample of 65. Data analysis uses descriptive test analysis, validity test, reliability and classical assumption tests including normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test and autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, Hypothesis testing includes partial tests (t tests) and simultaneous tests (f tests). Data processing uses SPSS 26 software and the confidence level used is 5%. There is an influence of the work environment on employee performance at PT. Partially broadcasting Parana Sparkle in Tangerang Regency. Based on the results of the t test (partial test), the Work Environment variable (X2) shows that the tcount > ttable value is significant < 0.05, namely 5.082 > 1.669 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of compensation on employee performance at PT. PT Syiar Parana Sparkle in Tangerang Regency partially. Based on the results of the t test (partial test), the Compensation variable (X1) shows that the tcount > ttable value is significant < 0.05, namely 4.550 > 1.669 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. There is an influence of the work environment and compensation on employee performance at PT. PT Syiar Parana Sparkle in Tangerang Regency simultaneously. Based on the results of the F test (simultaneous test), the Work Environment (X2) and Compensation (X1) variables show that the Fcount > Ftable value is significant < 0.05, namely 16.306 > 3.14 and the significant value is 0.000 < 0.05.
