PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA PADA PT JAYA TRADE INDONESIA JAKARTA PUSAT
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of the work environment and compensation on job satisfaction at PT Jaya Trade Indonesia. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and a sample of 67 respondents was obtained. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that the work environment has no significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 21.0% and the hypothesis test obtained t count > t table or (-4.867 < 1.987). Compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction with a coefficient of determination value of 41.2% and hypothesis testing obtained t count > t table or (7.903 > 1.987). work environment and compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 25.145 + - 0.137X1 + 0.486X2. The coefficient of determination value is 52.5% while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained calculated F value > F table or (48.580 > 3.140).
