PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MITRASOFT INFONET CABANG JAKARTA PUSAT
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitrasoft Infonet Cabang Jakarta Pusat. In addition, this study also examines the role of leadership and work motivation whether there is a connection or relationship with employee performance. The sample used is a saturated sample technique, namely 60 employees. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire and observation, in addition, the data analysis technique used was a validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), simple and multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test and hypothesis testing (partial t test and simultaneous f test) using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that leadership and work motivation have a simultaneous and significant effect on performance with a regression equation of Y = 13.688 + 0.196 X1 + 0.459 X2, with a determination coefficient value of 43.3%. The partial hypothesis test results of the leadership variable on employee performance show that leadership has a significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050 and a calculated t value> t table, which is 5.464> 2.003, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Partially, work motivation has a significant effect on performance with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050 and a calculated t value> t table, which is 6.423> 2.003, so H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. The results of the F test are F calculated> F table 22.680> 3.16, so H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted. It can be concluded that the results of the study indicate that there is an influence between leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Mitrasoft Infonet Cabang Jakarta Pusat.
