PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT SUMBER ALFARIA TRIJAYA TBK AREA COVERAGE LEBAK BULUS
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Work Motivation on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. This research uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, and a total of 83 respondents were obtained. Data analysis includes validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study show that: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation value of 0.818, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 66%. Hypothesis testing obtained t-value of 12.530 > t-table of 1.989 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of work discipline on employee performance. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a correlation value of 0.512, indicating a strong relationship between the two variables. The coefficient of determination is 51.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained t-value of 9.212 > t-table of 1.989 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant effect of work environment on employee performance. (3) Organizational culture and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with the regression equation Y = 7.695 + 0.661X1 + 0.153X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.809, indicating a very strong relationship between the independent and dependent variables. The coefficient of determination is 66%, while the remaining 34% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained an F-value of 81.629 > F-table of 3.119, and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected, and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect of organizational culture and work motivation on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk.
