One aspect of administration that often requires special attention is recording student attendance. At SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency, recording student attendance is still carried out using attendance agenda books, namely through physical recording which is prone to causing data inaccuracies and takes quite a long time. This condition hampers efficiency in the process of processing student attendance data which should be done more quickly and accurately. This research aims to overcome problems in the student attendance process which is still carried out using the attendance agenda book at SMKN 7 Tangerang Regency. The scope of the research includes the development of a web-based student attendance information system using QR Code as a media for identifying attendance. This system is designed to be accessed by teachers and students, so that the attendance process can be carried out digitally and in real-time. The system development method used is the V-Model. This study aims to design and implement an internal web-based goods procurement information system with multi-level approval features to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes phases of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The data collection methods utilized include observation, interviews, and literature review. The research findings indicate that the system can facilitate digital submissions of goods, provide real-time tracking, implement structured approval workflows, and improve stock monitoring through a low stock alert feature. The implementation of this system significantly reduces manual errors, accelerates the approval process, and enhances coordination between divisions. SARWOKO https://jurnal.portalpublikasi.id/index.php/JORAPI/article/view/2109 <p><em>The use of digital technology in healthcare communication remains minimal in Indonesia, with over 80% of health facilities not yet optimally connected to digital systems. This study aims to design and implement a Natural Language Processing (NLP)-based chatbot integrated with WhatsApp to enhance patient service efficiency at Klinik Khitan Dr. Sarwoko. The system was built using Node.js (Baileys library) for WhatsApp integration and Python (Flask) as the NLP processing backend, with SQLite as the database and an HTML/JavaScript admin dashboard. The system supports over 35 intent categories using a rule-based keyword matching approach with Sastrawi preprocessing. Black Box Testing on 47 test scenarios across 7 categories achieved 100% success rate. White Box Testing on 5 main modules produced an average cyclomatic complexity of V(G) = 4.0 (Low Risk). A questionnaire survey of 20 respondents yielded an overall satisfaction score of 4.42/5 (Excellent). This approach often causes problems, particularly discrepancies between the data on the family cards of parents/guardians and the central data held by the Department of Population Registration and Civil Status. The accumulation of physical files also fills the administrative office and slows down the search for documents. To address these issues, this study has designed a website-based PPDB information system using PHP programming language, Laravel framework, and MySQL database. Data was collected through field observations, interviews with school staff, and literature studies. The system built has features including a school profile page, a self-registration form, a facility to upload documents (birth certificate and family card), and a panel for school operators to verify data. As an added value in its development, the PPDB system is integrated directly with the school's existing digital attendance system. Through this integration, admins can use one central dashboard to manage both student enrolment and attendance data, eliminating the need for dual systems and reducing administrative workload. Currently, the management of contributions and social funds still uses a ledger and is recorded manually, which poses a risk of recording errors, irregular arrears data, and a lack of transparency in financial reports. The objective of this KP is to design a web-based cash management application to improve data accuracy and transparency. The development method uses the SDLC waterfall (analysis, design, program implementation, testing) approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews with the RT head, observations, and literature review. The project scope includes several key features, including a real-time dashboard, resident data management, contribution recording, social fund management, payment validation, monthly or annual report data correction, contribution notifications, and PDF report printing.
