ANALISIS SENTIMEN ULASAN PUBLIK PADA X MENGGUNAKAN NAIVE BAYES UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LAYANAN TRANSJAKARTA

As the largest public transportation system in Jakarta, TransJakarta frequently becomes a topic of discussion on Twitter due to various user experiences ranging from satisfaction to service-related complaints. The abundance of public opinions provides an opportunity to apply machine learning–based sentiment analysis as a faster, more objective, and measurable method for evaluating service quality. This study employs the Naive Bayes algorithm to classify tweet sentiments into positive, negative, and neutral categories. Data were collected through a crawling process using keywords related to TransJakarta, then processed through several stages including tokenization, text cleaning, stopword removal, and stemming to produce analysis-ready data. Several service aspects discussed most frequently include bus arrival punctuality, travel comfort, and fleet conditions. The analysis results indicate that the Naive Bayes model can accurately identify public sentiment patterns in near real-time, enabling the detection of opinion trends across different service dimensions. These findings demonstrate that Naive Bayes–based sentiment analysis can serve as an effective tool for monitoring public perception and provide a strong foundation for TransJakarta in formulating strategies to improve service quality.

PENGARUH LITERASI PERPAJAKAN DAN EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN TERHADAP KEWAJIBAN PERPAJAKAN UMKM DI KOTA TANGERANG SELATAN

This study examines the influence of tax literacy and financial management effectiveness on the tax obligations of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in South Tangerang City. The low level of tax compliance among MSMEs, despite the implementation of a 0,5% final income tax rate under Goverment Regulation No. 23 of 2018, indicates a gap between potential and actual tax revenue. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 105 MSME actors selected by accidental sampling. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression preceded by validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests.

This study examines the influence of computerized accounting systems and tax socialization on MSME tax compliance in South Tangerang City. A quantitative method was applied using 105 MSME respondents selected through incidental sampling. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS. The results show that the use of computerized accounting systems falls into the moderate category, while tax socialization and tax compliance are in the fairly high category. Structural analysis confirms that computerized accounting and tax socialization have a positive and significant effect on MSME tax compliance. These findings highlight the importance of digital accounting literacy and stronger tax outreach in improving tax compliance.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM REKOMENDASI BERBASIS FILTERING COLLABORATIVE UNTUK E-COMMERCE DI PT. ARAH ENVIROMENTAL INDONESIA

The rapid development of information technology has significantly advanced the e-commerce sector, enabling users to purchase products easily without time or location limits. However, the vast number of available products often makes it difficult for users to choose the right ones. This study aims to develop a Filtering Collaborative -based recommendation system to help users find relevant products at PT. Arah Environmental Indonesia. The system considers three main criteria: product rating, sales volume, and customer clicks or views on a single product sample. The results show that the system can provide accurate and relevant recommendations, improving user shopping experiences and supporting the company’s marketing strategy.

PENGEMBANGAN APLIKASI PENGELOLAAN BANDWIDTH JARINGAN KOMPUTER BERBASIS WEB MENGGUNAKAN METODE AGILE-SCRUM ( STUDI KASUS : PT BALI TOWERINDO SENTRAL TBK )

This research develops a web-based computer network bandwidth management application integrated with MikroTik devices using the RouterOS API, with a case study at PT Bali Towerindo Sentral Tbk. The purpose of this research is to design, implement, and test a system capable of providing real-time traffic monitoring, bandwidth packet management, DHCP lease management, basic firewall settings, and an automation mechanism for entering traffic data into a database. With this system, it is expected that the need for manual configuration can be reduced, thereby minimizing the risk of human error in network management. The development method used follows the Agile-Scrum framework through several sprint stages to produce a functional application that meets operational needs. Technical implementation is carried out using a PHP backend, MySQL database, an interactive web interface, and MikroTik integration through APIs for configuration synchronization and traffic data retrieval. System testing is carried out using Black Box and White Box methods to assess performance, stability, and suitability to user needs. The results of the study indicate that the developed application is able to improve visibility of bandwidth usage, simplify the reporting process, accelerate network disruption handling, and reduce manual intervention on MikroTik devices. This research provides recommendations for further development in the form of improving security aspects, expanding monitoring features, and conducting large-scale production tests.

PERANCANGAN SISTEM BERBASIS WEB UNTUK MANAJEMEN PEMINJAMAN ASSET PADA PT MITRA SERVICES INFOTAMA

The asset lending process at PT Mitra Services Infotama is still carried out manually using paper forms and recording in Microsoft Excel. This method causes various problems, such as data input errors, verification delays, difficulties in monitoring real-time item availability, and inefficient report recapitulation processes. This study aims to design and implement a web-based asset lending system using a prototype method. Data was obtained through observation, interviews with HRGA and employees, and literature studies to strengthen the theoretical foundation. The system development stage includes needs analysis, process flow design, database design, interface creation, core function development, and user evaluation. The results show that the developed system is capable of handling the loan process, approval, returns, item data management, and reporting automatically. The system is also able to display item availability in real-time, thereby minimizing errors and increasing HRGA productivity. The system implementation has been proven to improve the efficiency and orderliness of asset administration at PT Mitra Services Infotama.

Bojong Indah Village is a village located in Parung District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province. This village has not utilized information technology in processing MSME (UMKM) data, resulting in a lack of security, long data collection times, data irregularity, and limitations in retrieving information. The lack of database system utilization also has the potential to cause data loss. Therefore, system development is needed to facilitate MSME data processing to improve services. The purpose of this study is to provide proposals in the form of input or ideas for improving the MSME data management system so that it can support the creation of good data management by utilizing advances in information and communication technology. This study resulted in a web-based population data information system. This system effectively manages population data in a structured and user-friendly manner. The advantages of this system include automated and efficient population data management, reducing human error and management time.

IMPLEMENTASI METODE AHP DALAM MENENTUKAN KARYAWAN TERBAIK PT. SAKURA ANUGRAH PRATAMA

Employee performance appraisal is a crucial aspect in human resource management, especially in an effort to identify outstanding individuals who contribute significantly to the achievement of organizational goals. However, there are still many companies that face obstacles in the assessment process that are not objective, lack clear indicators, and are done manually, causing injustice and reducing employee motivation and loyalty. This study aims to design and implement a decision support system based on Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) methods in determining the best employees at PT. Sakura Is The Main Character. The AHP method was chosen because of its ability to process multicriteria problems quantitatively and systematically through paired comparisons to determine the weight of each criterion. The system developed is implemented in the form of a web-based application to facilitate the evaluation process digitally and structured. The results showed that this system is able to provide an objective, transparent, and accurate assessment based on predetermined criteria, namely performance, discipline, skills, and responsibility. Thus, this system is expected to improve the quality of decision-making and create a fairer work environment and motivate employees to continue to improve their performance.
