PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE PADA ERA DIGITAL UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS DAN PRODUKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA SMA BINA INSAN MANDIRI KOTA BOGOR

The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has created new opportunities in education by supporting more effective, adaptive, and interactive learning processes. However, the utilization of digital technology among students is still predominantly focused on entertainment rather than academic purposes. Therefore, efforts are needed to improve digital literacy and students’ ability to use AI productively and responsibly. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ understanding of Artificial Intelligence and its application to support learning creativity and productivity. The activity was conducted at SMA Bina Insan Mandiri Bogor involving 31 students. The implementation methods included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and mentoring. Training materials covered AI fundamentals, AI-based learning assistance, academic presentation development, project idea generation, and ethical use of AI in education. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments, participant observation, and satisfaction questionnaires. The results indicated an increase in participants’ understanding, with average achievement rising from 96.3% in the pre-test to 100% in the post-test. Furthermore, 93.6% of participants stated that the training improved their understanding of AI, while 93.5% agreed that AI could enhance creativity and learning productivity. Participant satisfaction was categorized as very good. The program successfully improved digital literacy, creativity, learning productivity, and awareness of ethical AI usage. This training model can be adopted as an educational strategy to prepare students for the challenges of Industry 4.0, Society 5.0, and future digital transformation.

PENERAPAN PEMBELAJARAN KOLABORATIF BERBASIS DALAM PENGEMBANGAN PROYEK INFORMATIKA BERBASIS MASALAH MENGGUNAKAN SCRATCH PADA REMAJA MUSHOLLA AL-IKHLAS PONDOK PETIR

This community service activity aimed to introduce basic programming and develop collaborative problem-solving skills among adolescents at Musholla Al-Ikhlas, Pondok Petir, through collaborative learning and project-based learning using Scratch. The activity involved 30 adolescents aged 13–18 years and was conducted on 6–8 May 2026. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The initial condition showed that approximately 80% of participants had never interacted with basic programming, while only about 20% had access to a personal computer or laptop at home. The activity consisted of observation, preparation, material delivery and modelling, discussion, practice and project development, mentoring, and evaluation. Participants worked collaboratively to develop simple Scratch projects, including educational animation, interactive quiz games, object-motion simulations, and interactive animated stories. The implementation encouraged active participation, task division, peer support, creativity, and problem-solving. The activity also showed high interest in coding, with approximately 90% of participants expressing strong interest. The main constraints were differences in computer familiarity, varying levels of understanding, and limited mentoring time. Overall, collaborative learning integrated with Scratch provided a practical learning environment for introducing computational concepts and strengthening collaborative skills in a community setting.

PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN TENTANG EXPERT SYSTEM BAGI SISWA DAN GURU SMK BINTANG NUSANTARA

This community service program aims to improve the understanding and skills of students and teachers at SMK Bintang Nusantara regarding expert systems through socialization, practical workshops, and training. The program was motivated by students' low basic knowledge and practical experience of expert systems, as well as teachers' limited capacity to deliver applicable information technology materials. The program was implemented using the Experiential Learning approach through an initial needs survey, module development, theory sessions, hands-on prototyping of expert systems using open-source software (ES-Builder) with a computer hardware damage diagnosis case study, and mentoring. Evaluation was conducted through pre-test, post-test, project assessment, and satisfaction questionnaires involving 30 participants (25 students and 5 teachers). The results showed a significant increase in participants' average comprehension scores from 45.2 (pre-test) to 82.7 (post-test), with a gain score of 83%. Eighty percent of participant groups successfully built functional expert system prototypes, and 85% of grade XII students expressed interest in using the expert systems theme for their Competency Test (UKK) projects. The program also produced a reusable teaching module and enhanced teachers' capacity to integrate rule-based artificial intelligence materials into the curriculum. Thus, this program contributes to narrowing the technology competency gap between vocational school graduates and the needs of the business and industrial sectors (DUDI).

PENINGKATAN LITERASI DIGITAL DAN KETERAMPILAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA PONDOK PESANTREN MANARUL MUTTAQIN MELALUI PELATIHAN BERBASIS PRAKTIK

In the digital era, the rapid development of information and communication technology requires improved digital literacy across various levels of society, including students in Islamic boarding schools. Digital literacy involves not only the ability to access information but also the ability to understand, process, and utilize technology wisely, effectively, and productively. However, limited facilities, access, and structured training have resulted in students at Manarul Muttaqin Islamic Boarding School having insufficient information technology skills to support their learning and self-development. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to improve students' digital literacy and information technology skills through practice-based training. The implementation method consists of identifying partner needs, designing training materials according to participants characteristics, conducting training using a participatory approach, and evaluating participants understanding and skills. The training materials include basic information technology, office applications, simple graphic design, and safe, responsible, and productive internet use. The results indicate an improvement in students' understanding and skills in using information technology, demonstrated by their ability to operate basic applications, manage digital information, and produce simple technology-based works. In addition, the activity increased students' awareness of the importance of digital literacy as an essential competency for facing technological developments and challenges in the digital era. Therefore, this program is expected to make a meaningful and sustainable contribution to supporting digital transformation, improving information technology skills, and encouraging the positive use of technology within the Islamic boarding school environment.

PELATIHAN PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI NEO FEEDER UNTUK OPTIMALISASI PELAPORAN DATA AKADEMIK PADA AKADEMI PERHOTELAN TUNAS INDONESIA

Accurate academic data management and reporting are essential to support quality higher education governance. However, academic operators may encounter difficulties in managing, validating, and synchronizing academic data through Neo Feeder to the Higher Education Database System (PDDIKTI). This community service program aimed to improve the knowledge and technical skills of academic operators at Akademi Perhotelan Tunas Indonesia in using Neo Feeder. The activity was implemented through a structured sequence consisting of needs assessment, material preparation, orientation, theoretical delivery, hands-on practice, technical mentoring, evaluation, and follow-up monitoring. The training materials covered the basic concepts of Neo Feeder, academic data management, data validation, and synchronization with PDDIKTI. The implementation results showed improvement in participants' understanding and practical ability to operate Neo Feeder, particularly in managing, validating, and reporting academic data. Participants were also able to identify and correct data problems more independently and to consult technical issues during mentoring. The program therefore contributed to improving the quality and effectiveness of academic data management and reporting at the partner institution. Continuous mentoring and periodic training are recommended to maintain operator competency and accommodate changes in the information system.

PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI EVALUASI PEMBELAJARAN UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PRAKTIKUM KOMPUTER

This community service activity addressed the limited use of digital tools for learning evaluation at SDN Pamulang Timur 01, where practicum assessment was still done manually and had not yet drawn on a Learning Management System (LMS) or an analytics dashboard. The program, originally aimed at students, was redirected to teachers after a needs assessment indicated a more urgent need at that level, following a multiplier-effect rationale. The activity aimed to strengthen teachers' capacity to design and apply technology-based evaluation instruments for computer practicum. Using a participatory training approach combining concept exposure, demonstration, hands-on practice, and personal mentoring across five stages, needs identification, module preparation, a concept workshop, hands-on practice, and post-training consultation, the two-day program (11-12 May 2026) involved 21 teachers with full school support. Day one covered the shift to objective, real-time, data-driven evaluation, plus three tools, Google Forms, Quizizz, and Kahoot!, and the use of artificial intelligence (AI). Day two focused on building instruments in Google Forms, since limited time did not allow equal practice across all three tools. Technical constraints such as unstable internet and inactive Google accounts were addressed through personal mentoring. Results are qualitative, based on observation and documentation. Every teacher completed at least one instrument, and the team left a reusable template with the school for continued, independent use of technology-based evaluation.

DIGITALISASI PEMBUKUAN UMKM MELALUI PENDAMPINGAN PENGGUNAAN ACCURATE ONLINE: STUDI KASUS WARKOP JAMBU TENGAH

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in the Indonesian economy; however, most MSME actors, including micro culinary businesses such as coffee shops (warkop), still face challenges in maintaining orderly bookkeeping and financial records. This condition makes it difficult for business owners to monitor profitability, separate business and personal finances, and make appropriate business decisions. This community service activity aims to assist the Warkop Jambu Tengah MSME in preparing financial bookkeeping based on the Accurate Online application, enabling the business owner to manage business finances in a more orderly, accurate, and independent manner. The implementation method applied the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) approach, which focuses on optimizing the assets and potential already possessed by the partner. The activity was carried out throughout January 2026, with the implementation team visiting the MSME location once a week, covering stages such as introducing bookkeeping concepts, application orientation, daily transaction input training, financial report reading training, and evaluation of the partner's independence. The results show that the owner of Warkop Jambu Tengah successfully mastered the use of the Accurate Online application and was able to independently manage the business's bookkeeping, marked by a clear separation between business and personal finances and the ability to read simple financial reports. This activity demonstrates that structured and sustained technical assistance can encourage the digitalization of bookkeeping among micro-scale MSMEs.

PELATIHAN DIGITAL MARKETING DAN PENYUSUNAN LAPORAN KEUANGAN BERBASIS ACCURATE ONLINE PADA UMKM WARISAN GAYAM

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in the national economy, however many MSME actors still face challenges in digital marketing and financial reporting, including the MSME Warisan Gayam. This community service activity aims to enhance the partner's capacity in implementing digital marketing strategies and preparing systematic financial reports using the Accurate Online application. The implementation method consisted of preparation, training delivery through lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on mentoring, as well as evaluation using pre-test and post-test. The digital marketing training was delivered by practitioner Achmad Zaki, S.E., M.M., owner of Mysneakersby, while the Accurate Online financial reporting training was delivered by Achmad Wicaksono, S.Ak., M.Ak., a lecturer at the Accounting Study Program of Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama Sidoarjo (Unusida). The pre-test and post-test evaluation was conducted by Dian Fahriani, S.E., M.SA., Head of the Accounting Study Program at Unusida. The results showed an improvement in the partner's understanding and skills, both in marketing products digitally and in preparing more accurate and efficient financial reports. Funded by the P2MW Program from Kemdiktisaintek, this activity is expected to encourage MSME Warisan Gayam to become more competitive with improved business governance.

PYTHON PROGRAMMING AND DIGITAL ETHICS TRAINING FOR NAFIDATUNNAJAH STUDENTS TO DEVELOP DIGITAL COMPETENCIES AND CHARACTER

The development of digital technology requires strengthening both technical skills and digital literacy and ethics among learners, including students in Islamic boarding schools (santri). This community service program was conducted to improve the basic Python programming skills and strengthen the understanding of digital ethics among the santri of Pondok Pesantren Nafidatunnajah. The activity involved 30 santri and was conducted through a workshop combining lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, quizzes, and an introduction to the application of Python for simple needs. The technical materials covered programming logic, an introduction to Python, writing simple scripts, data processing, and task automation. Meanwhile, the digital ethics materials emphasized data security, information integrity, privacy, responsible use of social media, and the use of technology in accordance with the values of the Islamic boarding school. The implementation method was designed to be participatory and contextual, using learning-by-doing, blended learning, and project-based learning approaches. The results of the activity showed positive responses from the participants, improved practical understanding of Python, and increased awareness of the importance of using technology safely and responsibly. Participants also gained experience in connecting programming skills with simple administrative tasks within the Islamic boarding school environment. Since the final report does not provide detailed numerical pre-test and post-test scores, the achievements of the program in this article are reported based on qualitative findings from the activities, practice observations, question-and-answer sessions, and descriptions of the community service outcomes. This program demonstrates that integrating technical competencies with digital character development can serve as a relevant training model for strengthening digital literacy in Islamic boarding school environments.

PEMANFAATAN CHATGPT DAN TOOLS ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN BELAJAR DAN PRODUKTIVITAS SISWA SMK

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the learning process by providing access to information, support for the development of ideas, and completing tasks more efficiently. However, the use of ChatGPT and AI tools by Vocational High School (SMK) students still faces obstacles in the form of limited prompt preparation skills, evaluating information accuracy, and understanding the ethical aspects of using AI. This Community Service (PKM) activity aims to improve students' competence in utilizing ChatGPT and AI tools effectively, critically, and responsibly as learning supporters. The implementation of activities uses a participatory approach through the delivery of materials, demonstrations, hands-on practice, interactive discussions, and contextual case studies. Evaluation is carried out through pre-test and post-test, practical observation, and questionnaires to identify changes in participants' understanding and response. The results of the activity are expected to show an increase in competence in the use of AI, digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and learning productivity. This activity also supports students' readiness to face technological developments and the demands of the competency of the world of work in an increasingly dynamic digital transformation ecosystem.

PENDAMPINGAN UMKM CIRENG SUMBER REZEKI DALAM MENGHADAPI KENDALA DAYA TAHAN PRODUK DAN PEMASARAN

UMKM Cireng Sumber Rezeki merupakan salah satu usaha mikro di Desa Bojongmekar yang menghadapi kendala dalam daya tahan produk dan penguatan identitas usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif pengemasan melalui vacuum packaging serta membantu memperkuat branding usaha melalui pembuatan logo dan banner. Metode yang digunakan adalah Sistem Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (SISDAMAS), yang dilakukan melalui tahapan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta evaluasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pendampingan pengemasan dilakukan dengan memberikan alat vacuum sealer dan melakukan uji coba bersama pelaku UMKM selama lima hari. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM telah memperoleh alat dan pengalaman dalam menggunakan vacuum sealer. Namun, hasil uji coba belum optimal karena masih terdapat udara di dalam kemasan, sehingga belum dapat dibuktikan bahwa metode tersebut mampu memperpanjang umur simpan cireng. Selain itu, kegiatan menghasilkan logo dan banner yang dapat digunakan sebagai identitas visual usaha. Kegiatan ini memberikan pengalaman bagi pelaku UMKM dalam mencoba alternatif pengemasan dan memperkuat identitas usaha. Pengembangan selanjutnya perlu dilakukan melalui perbaikan teknik pengemasan, pengujian daya simpan yang lebih panjang, serta pemanfaatan media digital untuk mendukung pemasaran.

EDUKASI DAN SIMULASI PHISHING UNTUK MENINGKATKAN LITERASI KEAMANAN SIBER SISWA SMA SEJAHTERA 1 DEPOK

High school students are active users of digital services, yet their ability to recognize phishing and social engineering attacks has not kept pace with that use. The partner school, SMA Sejahtera 1 Depok, did not yet have a structured, practice-based cybersecurity education program. This community service activity aimed to improve students' cybersecurity literacy and their ability to recognize and resist phishing and social engineering attacks. It was carried out as a one-day intensive workshop on 25 September 2026 for about 50 grade X students. The methods combined interactive lectures, case demonstrations, controlled simulations, role-play, and group discussions across four pillars: cybersecurity concepts, the anatomy of phishing, social engineering patterns, and account security practices. The case demonstration used a fake free food-and-drink e-voucher claim email impersonating a look-alike brand of a well-known coffee shop near the school. Evaluation used a pre-test and post-test, simulation worksheets, a phishing email simulation, and a satisfaction questionnaire. Of the 35 phishing emails delivered, 17 students (48.6%) opened the fake link and entered data into the imitation form without verification. The mean score rose from 90.67 on the pre-test (30 students) to 97.92 on the post-test (24 students), and correct identification of a safe address rose from 46.7% to 100%. These findings show that students remain vulnerable to familiar instant offers even when their knowledge is high, underlining the importance of experience-based education. All simulations were controlled, and the data entered by students were used only to count responses and were not published.

WEATHER DATA GOES DIGITAL: EDUKASI IoT DAN MONITORING CUACA REAL-TIME MELALUI AUTOMATIC WEATHER STATION

The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology creates opportunities to present environmental information in a measurable and near-real-time form. This community service activity aimed to strengthen the understanding of students at MAN 18 Jakarta Timur regarding weather parameters, Automatic Weather Station (AWS), IoT, and real-time weather monitoring. The activity was conducted on 5 October 2026 from 09.00 to 12.00 WIB and involved students from grades X and XI. The implementation used an educational and participatory approach through interactive presentation, AWS demonstration, real-time monitoring demonstration, question-and-answer sessions, discussion, and direct interaction with participants. The material covered basic weather concepts, rainfall, AWS sensors, the flow of sensor data acquisition and communication, dashboard-based monitoring, and the use of official weather information. The implementation results, based on field observation and participant interaction, showed active participation during the presentation and discussion sessions. Students raised questions about IoT operation, weather observation instruments, data transmission, and the use of monitoring data. The activity also provided a contextual learning experience by connecting information technology with weather observation. The activity indicates that contextual demonstrations of AWS and real-time weather data can serve as an accessible medium for introducing IoT and environmental data literacy to secondary school students. Further activities can strengthen the program through quantitative pre-test and post-test analysis and project-based IoT learning.
