PENGARUH WORK-LIFE BALANCE DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP PENINGKATAN KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PT KAIFA INDONESIA
Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of work–life balance and workload on employee performance at PT Kaifa Indonesia using a quantitative associative approach. The sample consisted of 129 employees, selected through the Slovin formula. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed through validity and reliability testing, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression, correlation and determination coefficients, as well as t-tests and F-tests. The regression results produced the equation Y = 17.704 + 0.468X1 + 0.166X2. Partially, work–life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (t = 5.233; sig. 0.000), and workload also shows a positive and significant effect (t = 2.008; sig. 0.047). Simultaneously, both variables significantly affect employee performance (F = 35.315; sig. 0.000). In conclusion, effective management of work–life balance and appropriate workload allocation can improve performance, suggesting that the company should enhance work–life balance initiatives and maintain manageable workloads to support employee comfort, productivity, and organizational achievement.
