PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA NON FISIK DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN KURIR PADA PT. SATRIA ANTARAN PRIMA JAKARTA PUSAT

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-physical work environment and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Satria Antaran Prima Central Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This research method uses a quantitative method with a sample of 60 respondents, data analysis techniques used are: validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation coefficient test, multiple correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient analysis test, t test and f test. Based on the results of the t test, the calculated t is 7.326> 2.002 and the significance value for the non-physical work environment variable (X1) is 0.000, a significant value smaller than the probability value of 0.05 or 0.000 <0.05, meaning that the non-physical work environment variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y). at PT. Satria Antaran Prima Central Jakarta. Based on the t-test results, the calculated t-value was 9.773 > 2.002, and the significance value for the job satisfaction variable (X2) was 0.000. This significance value is less than the probability value of 0.05, or 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the job satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) at PT. Satria Antaran Prima, Central Jakarta. The f-test results obtained a calculated f-value of 46.979 > 3.16, with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, it can be concluded that the non-physical work environment (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Satria Antaran Prima, Central Jakarta.
