PENGARUH KOMUNIKASI DAN GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT PILAR NIAGA MAKMUR DI KOTA TANGERANG
Abstract
This study aims to determine the positive and significant influence of Communication and Leadership Style on employee performance at PT Pilar Niaga Makmur, Tangerang City, both partially and simultaneously. The research method employs a quantitative approach by distributing Likert-scale questionnaires to 51 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. Data analysis was conducted through descriptive analysis, data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, quantitative analysis, and hypothesis testing. The t-test for the Leadership Style variable obtained a value of t-count > t-table (6.648 > 2.010) with a significance value of < 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05). Thus, it can be concluded that (H02 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted), meaning that Leadership Style has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pilar Niaga Makmur, Tangerang City. The F-test obtained a value of F-count > F-table (39.817 > 3.191) with a significance value of < 0.05 (0.01 < 0.05). Therefore, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant simultaneous effect of Communication (X1) and Leadership Style (X2) on employee performance (Y) at PT Pilar Niaga Makmur, Tangerang City. In other words, H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, which means that Communication and Leadership Style simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT Pilar Niaga Makmur Tangerang City.
