Abstract

This quantitative research aims to analyze and prove the influence of the variables Work Discipline (X1) and Physical Work Environment (X2) on the Performance of Non-ASN Employees (Y) at the Depok City Transportation Service Terminal Management UPTD, using a sample of 60 respondents with the regression equation Y = 20.123 + 0.304 X1 + 0.217 X2. Partially, Work Discipline (X1) is proven to have a positive and significant effect on Performance (Y), indicated by the value of tcount (4.078) > ttable (2.002) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Therefore, H0 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 22.3%. Likewise, the Physical Work Environment (X2) also has a positive and significant effect, as evidenced by the value of tcount (3.238) > ttable (2.002) and a significance of 0.002 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, with a partial contribution of 15.2%. Simultaneously, these two variables have a significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the value of Fcount (10,630) > Ftable 3.16 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. The simultaneous determination coefficient (R2) is 0.272 or 27.2%, while the remaining 72.8% is influenced by other factors outside the model. The conclusion of this research confirms that Work Discipline and the Physical Work Environment, both individually and together, have a strong positive and significant influence in improving the performance of Non-ASN Employees in the agency.
